Wow! What a great location for exploring the historic part of the city. The design and layout of the rooms was perfectly suited for a group of friends - two closets, lots of storage, and very comfortable beds that can be separated. There was also the bonus of a sitting area with sofa. . The air-conditioning was a welcome surprise in this unusually hot summer as was the bug screen on the window - this is not standard in many St.Petersburg hotels. The bathroom was also well designed - lots of storage and hooks, and a hair dryer as well. The staff were very friendly and kind, offering information on taxis, local buses, etc. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nevsky Breeze is in a great location! It is a few blocks from the Hermatage, Nevsky Prospect, and many attractions. We walked to everything (but busses, subways and taxis are available). We had two rooms. They were both clean, and had good security. We felt very safe. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and was very good- more than just a continental breakfast. This was especially nice because everything in St Petersburg is very expensive, and I was happy not to pay $4.00 for a small coffee in the morning. Also, the hotel staff spoke English- which was very nice. Not many Russians speak English, so it is hard to get directions, organize tours etc. But the hotel staff were terrific! Lastly, our teenager got very tired on the last day. The staff allowed us to keep one room until we needed to leave at 4 pm. That was really very very nice! I don;t know what we would have done without that. I will definitely come back! Thank you! One more thing- when booking at Booked.net, I suggest you contact the hotel directly to get a proof of booking from them. We traveled using the visa free rule, and were required to have this confirmation. The Booked.net confirmation may have worked, but I did not want to take any chances.

This hotel was a little hard to find. They did send us a very good map, and when we looked carefully, we determined how to enter the hotel from an inner courtyard. We were able to ask a few locals how to get there by pointing to the map. Once we saw it, it was obvious. Also, I wished that the staff was more able to recommend restaurants and tours. Although they were able to help us, they were not able to recommend inexpensive restaraunts. But really, these are minor things.

The location is perfect for city tour, 10 min walking from the most important attractions. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was good Compere with the hotel service. .

They can improve the breakfast

The reception staff was respectful but abit too cold and not smiling. Firstly a very simple room was given but later they corrected to the one what we have booked. Second room was very new and clean but yet fridge was missing.

Central location, 5 minutes to the bridges, although the nearest metro station is within 15 minutes walk. Quiet street, friendly staff, wi-fi, basic breakfast, clean room.
